Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Roxcircle, operated by Jerome Anyayahan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Roxcircle.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old and give accurate information.
- You're responsible for your account and for activity on it. Keep your sign-in details secure.
- Coach, Gym and Brand accounts require our approval. We may approve, decline or remove them at our discretion.
Training and health
Roxcircle provides training tools and general fitness information, including AI-generated workouts. It is not medical advice. HYROX-style training is physically demanding. Talk to a doctor before starting a new program, listen to your body, and train within your limits. You use the app and any workout at your own risk, and we are not liable for injury.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, display and distribute it within the service, to the audience you choose. You promise you have the right to share it. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Brands and links
Brands may post product links and reels. Roxcircle does not sell products or handle checkout, inventory or payment for brand products. Outbound links lead to third-party sites we don't control.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, spam, impersonation or attempts to break or reverse-engineer the service.
- No scraping or automated access without our permission.
- We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store. Prices, free-trial terms and renewal details will be shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Trademarks
HYROX is a trademark of its owner. Roxcircle is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX.
Termination
You may stop using Roxcircle and delete your account at any time from Settings & Privacy. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to protect the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Roxcircle. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will update the date above; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
